The Rising Star of Wagyu: Why ICON Wagyu is the Gold Standard in Global Beef

We’re proud to announce that ICON Wagyu is now available across the Middle East, with Reach Food Group holding exclusive distribution rights in the UAE, Bahrain, and Oman.

ICON Wagyu, known for its intricate marbling, rich texture, and unmatched flavour, has captivated chefs and diners worldwide. This exceptional Wagyu, bred from the renowned Tajima bloodline, is raised in Tasmania, where the cattle graze freely in open pastures and are grain-finished for at least 12 months to develop the elaborate marbling and flavours that have made ICON Wagyu so popular.

The slow-growth process is key to ICON’s approach, allowing the beef to mature naturally, resulting in marbling scores from Mb4 to Mb9+. ICON Wagyu’s creamy, buttery texture and decadent flavour has earned back-to-back gold medals, continuing to set the standard for premium Wagyu beef globally.

Beyond the quality of the beef itself, ICON Wagyu is dedicated to sustainable and ethical farming practices. The cattle are raised without the use of antibiotics or artificial hormones, and the brand holds a B Corp Certification, reflecting its commitment to responsible sourcing, environmental stewardship, and transparency throughout the production process.

After winning the prestigious Grand Champion title at the Royal Queensland Awards 2023, ICON Wagyu consistently garners international praise for its superior marbling and exceptional flavour. Now available in the Middle East, ICON Wagyu represents the best of Australian Wagyu, combining heritage, quality, and a dedication to sustainable practices.
