I have worked for many years with Abbas and his team; from Nobu to Roka and currently at Proud. Reach has an incredible product range from pastry to sushi grade fresh fish and seafood. Their customer service is definitely the best in town. Always ready to help or solve any issue. For any product not in stock or in their range they will try their best to find it and help you out. Reach have consistently gone above and beyond for BAO in our time working with them. We are impressed with the incredibly high levels of customer service (I haven’t worked with a better supplier for this) and how quick Reach have been to offer solutions to any needs we are having in the business.
