New Demo Kitchen opens at Reach Food Group France

We are proud to announce the launch of our state-of-the-art Demo Kitchen at our office in France (Côte d’Azur), a unique venture in the region that can be used for product showcasing, gatherings and events. 

The space is totally unique and we are the only supplier with a dedicated demo kitchen space. It is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including a Hoshizaki ice machine, Convotherm combi oven, E.Caumartin 6 burner range with solid top, Thermomix, Japanese robata grill, and an induction hob. Additionally, the kitchen features advanced camera and audio systems, allowing chefs to live-stream cooking activities directly onto screens for detailed, engaging demonstrations. Designed for versatility, the kitchen can comfortably seat 24 guests for a sit-down meal or host over 100 people for stand-up events, making it an ideal spot for both intimate and larger gatherings.

In partnership with Superyacht Supplies, the Demo Kitchen will also serve as a venue for a series of masterclasses, aimed at showcasing our premium products to chefs and providing essential training for yacht crew. We very much look forward to getting these sessions up and running over the next few months. Additionally, we plan to collaborate with Le Catering JRI by utilising the space to have their chefs prepare exquisite dishes using our high-quality Reach Food produce. From the produce to the tools and space, the chefs will have everything that they need to cook up innovative, delicious dishes. 

When not used for events, the Demo Kitchen will serve as a communal dining area, informal meeting space, and a hub for collaboration for our team. It’s a place where our staff can gather, share meals, and exchange ideas, truly making it the heart of our community at VL.
